This afternoon I had the pleasure of Joining Happy Kidz for their gala day. Happy Kidz parent group started in 2008 as is based at the Skegness Children’s Centre in Brunswick Drive. They arrange activities for children aged between 0-11 years old and have to do all their own fund raising.

I first met the committee after they had just started and it was good to see so many of them still actively involved. I would imagine though they are like every other group in Skegness and would welcome some new  members.

The main purpose of the day was to raise some more funds.  On the day I think they raised nearly £200, which is not bad going in three hours.

Anyway it was good to see them having such a great time and the children enjoying it just as much.
